Programmed is currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Waste & Grounds Operator to join our valued client in Wodonga. Our client is a market leader in the production of dairy alternative milks, offering a stable role with consistent hours and excellent pay.

About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining site cleanliness and managing waste and grounds duties to support a safe and efficient workplace.

Key duties include:

• Waste collection and disposal
  
• Grounds and outdoor area maintenance
  
• General site cleanliness and upkeep
  
• Operating basic equipment where required
  
• Following safety and environmental procedures
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
  
• Commitment to workplace safety
  
• Previous experience in waste, grounds, or similar roles (preferred but not essential)
